Your
breasts are too far apart and your nipples are pointing laterally.I recommend a new technique called Breast
Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast LiftTM.Using only a circumareola incision it is

them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.Through the same incision, implants can be

Thanks for your question and photo.You may already know that your breasts are set far apart with wide cleavage and there appears to be turberous breast defromity. You can have siginificant improvement but you may need two different type of surgery to get the result you are looking for.Best wishes,Dr Sajjadian

Thank you for your question.  Based on your photographs you already have a somewhat constricted narrow breast and a High profile breast implant might accentuate this narrow look.  I concur that you should be able to accommodate a 400 cc moderate profile breast implant and in my opinion it look more natural than a high profile.  He also should discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon whether there is need for release of constricting bands that will allow your breast shape to become more round.
