I Am 40, Have Cellulite on Thighs and Buttocks. Is Endermology Still the Most Time-honored, "Worth-it" Procedure?

"Worth it" depends on your expectations

Nothing gets rid of cellulite so whether Endermology is "worth it" depends on your expectations. Some subtle temporary improvement? If that's what will make you happy, maybe it is "worth it."
