I'm starting off as a 36 full B cup. I chose 350cc to be fill to 400cc but afraid it won't accomplish the D cup look?

Implant size

Without knowing your size, breast shape and dimensions, it would be impossible to know what a 350-400cc implant would do. Your best option would be to visit with a plastic surgeon experienced in augmentation and get their opinion. One implant size does not have the same result in every patient. 400cc implant size- Full D

It is difficult to give an accurate assessment without viewing your photographs or measuring your breast and chest wall. I would estimate that 400 cc will give you a small to average D cup, but that you may require 450-500 cc for a full D look. I wish you a safe and healthy recovery. see video

Breast implants and cup size

This may be sufficient to achieve your goal of a D cup. If your skin will expand to accommodate that volume and your surgeon feels it's appropriate, then 400cc may do it. You may need slightly more or less. There is no formula when it comes to choosing bra cup size. Best wishes, Dr. Bruno

Try on different implants during your consultation.

There are factors that make it hard to advise you without a consultation such as implant placement and measurements. The best thing to do is to schedule a consultation and get sized. If there is a bra size you would like to end up in, bring it in and try on different implants. see video

400 cc implants

If you want to get to about a "D" cup you are probably in the ball park. It is hard to say without an exam and even then it could not be guaranteed. Do a baggy test with that amount and see if it fills the bra you want.

Breast implant size to achieve a D cup

It is difficult to exactly predict a cup size after placing breast implants. However, with a size 36 chest, you will need about 400to 500 cc to go to a D cup. So it sounds like you are close. Perhaps you could discuss with your surgeon and consider a 400cc implant filled to 450cc. Your surgeon can make the decision during surgery also.
