Computer imaging and predicting nose job outcome

Three dimensional imaging 3D is fun but at the present time is not practical for predicting exact results from surgery. They are useful to illustrate potential outcomes or results. However, they do not provide technical details on how to achieve the desired look such as instructions on how much to remove and what the results or long term scarring will produce.
