What is Fraxel 3D?

I read a post from a San Franciso surgeon on Fraxel lasers who said that the 3D laser treatment would be a good option for the chin/neck with no excess fat (and for which I feel I would be a good candidate). However, I can't seem to find any reviews/FAQs for that particular treatment. Is there another name for it, or am I missing something? Thanks for the help!

3-D Fraxel is not a laser company or standard protocol

3-D Fraxel is not known to Solta, the company that manufactures the Fraxel laser. It must be a name branding technique coined by one physician as a marketing strategy. see video
