I was a 36B to begin with. It has been 10 days after my breast augmentation and I feel like they are WAY to big. My nipples appear to be pointing down as well, is that normal? I did not want to look fake and ridiculous, but that is exactly the way I feel. I wanted to be a full C, would you say that I am a full C or a small D? Will any of the size go down as the recovery time progresses? When will I be able to get a better idea of the size they will be for sure?

Early in Recovery

You are very early in the recovery process. There is swelling that needs to go down and the implants always "ride high" the first few months (which make the nipple/areola point downward). Allow yourself to recovery, for the implants to settle into the pockets, etc. before worrying about having a revision.

Big Implants

It appears that you are early in your recovery period. There is a moderate amount of swelling that occurs and settles down weeks after surgery. It is very difficult to predict final cup size.
