I'm 39 Been Diagnosed with Facial Milia, Clogged Pores, Acne, Roscasea. What Do I Do?

Derm just put me on metrogel for rosacea (very expensive) antiboitic that was generic, but still cost me $50 and insurance is denying to cover any part of Retin A . What do I do? Had a series of 3 microderm abrasions and chemical peels by a licensed eastitician (sp) and everything has gotten worse! Can't afford all these meds. Help!

You poor thing.. :( IPL laser is fantastic for Roseacea. As for the milia if they are hardened and more like pimple of bone there is nothing that can be done for these other that have a doctor cut them out one by one. KEEP AWAY FROM PEELS, SCRUBS AND MICRODERM ABRASIONS. Vit A? Use Trentioin. It is a pharmaceutical A treatment which you get a script from you doctor for. Use a weak strength and not the gel.
