I currently have allergan 360-390 implants the diameter is 12.7 & proj. is 4.2. Would I have seen much difference w/Mentor 350-400cc. in cleavage or upper pole- it's 13.3 & proj. of 3.9 or are they about the same? I am currently measuring 30in. ribcage and 39 inches around fullest part of bust and each breast measure 10inches across. I have maybe a 1/2cm or a touch more between my breasts when my arms are at my sides. Cause I'm now wondering if I should have went w/a wider diameter?

Implant choices

It ia hard to say what would be best for you without an exam.  But, the other implant is slightly wider, it is all a matter of shape.
