Given that both implants are correct for my dimensions - which would provide both good cleavage and projection? 360-390 (D-12.7,P-4.2) is Allergan, 350-400 is Mentor (D-13.3,P-3.9)? Thanks.

It is clear that you have done some research. Since you have chosen implants from the two major company with similar dimensions you should be happy with either. Saline implants as they get closer to the maximal fill volume will increase in projection and decrease in the base width. So the dimensions given are an approximate size of the filled implant.
