There's an app for that!
Every doctor has his/her own way of determining the right volume implant to use to get you to the cup size you want to be. Size selection
You need to go into your board certified plastic surgeon's office and use the sizers in his office in a bra and see which size seems right for you. There's really no other way of telling what you want to look like.

Implant choices
Without a formal exam it is difficult to say what volume of implant would be best for you. You can get an idea by doing a baggy test and seeing what you like.
