Size selection

You need to go into your board certified plastic surgeon's office and use the sizers in his office in a bra and see which size seems right for you.  There's really no other way of telling what you want to look like. Best Wishes

Implant choices

Without a formal exam it is difficult to say what volume of implant would be best for you.  You can get an idea by doing a baggy test and seeing what you like.
