29 Year Old Female Considering Smartlipo for Abdomen Fat

Hello, I am a 29 year old, healthy, active woman. I am 5'3 and 109 lbs. I have a small amount of fat around my abdomen that I cannot seem to get rid of with diet and exercise. Do you reccomend smartlipo for me? Should I wait? How long has smart lipo been around? thanks so much
