I'm 29 with Sagging on my Cheecks and Jowls. Best Options for Tightening Skin?
I am 29 years old and I have been seeing some sagging on my cheecks and jowls. I have tried fillers but didn't see much improvement and felt like I wasted money. I also had fat transfer to my cheeks but no real improvement to my jowl area. I love how my face looks when I pull on my cheeks. I know the sagging is not extreme but it does bother me. What procedures are recommended besides fat transfer or fillers? Which one has minimum downtime?

Young age for a face lift
If you like the look you get by pulling the cheeks up and back with your hands, a partial facelift ("mini lift") could work. You are a bit young , but I have done this procedure on persons in your age group who have had great amounts of weight loss.

Sagging jowls at 29.
Without feeling the area it is difficult to give you the best option. If yousuctin the jowl it has to be very conservative or you will have sagging skin. A face lift is not indicated. A pre jowl implant may be an alternative.
