Breast implant sizing
The more breast surgery I do the more I realize that there is no correlation between the size or model (profile) of implant used and resulting cup size. Small frame
My recommendation, solely based on the information your provided and not a picture, would be a smooth round silicone breast implant placed under the muscle. A saline implant placed in someone with little to no breast tissue may be noticeable and unnatural looking. Silicone implants are soft and natural looking, especially if you stay a modest size given your frame.
