I am looking to go from a 32A (underbust: 29in fullest is 33in) to a 32C/32D, but still keep a natural look. My ps suggested 275cc mod+ saline submiscular. Here are my stats: Height: 5'0 Weight: 92 lb BWD: 11 I want to look like Jesse Lee Denning. Is that possible?
Answer: 275cc Mentor Mod Plus Saline, Will this have a Natural Look?
Without pictures it's impossible to give a definite answer but based on your ht, wt, and chest width, the 275cc implants sound reasonable and should be natural looking. Just realize that we can never guarantee a cup size.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Choosing Implant Size to Achieve Your Goals?
Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, online consultants are not in a position to provide you with precise enough advice. I would certainly not base any decisions you make on specific advice received online.
The best (general) online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this (and the attached link) help.

Answer: Natural appearing moderate plus implants by Mentor can be tried on with a 3D program called Crisalix before surgery
An important measurement during a preop appt, with a board certified plastic surgeon, is your chest width. This will correlate to the best diameter of an implant for your size. Too wide of an implant will make you feel like the implant is in your armpit and too small of an implant will look stuck on. The goal is to create nice fullness of a breast within your measured chest width.
There are also many implant types and sizes from which to select. We now also have some anatomic implants that may have a more natural look in the upper pole of the breast. But many times a natural implant is really dependent on size. The size you have chosen is probably okay but there are many variables that go into the decision. A 3D program that shows how your breasts may look after surgery can be helpful. Please visit with your plastic surgeon to confirm your selection.
My best to you.

Answer: Implant size selection
I consider two factors when selecting implants for my patients:
1.Dimensional planning
2.Gel Implant Sizing system
Dimensional planning – The measurements of your chest wall are taken. Also, the breast dimensions including the height, width, and current dimensions of each breast form the basis of dimensional planning. Based on these measurements, the implant size is recommended. This will give you a unique breast implant that is suited for your body frame. However, there are some limitations of what size we can recommend. For instance, some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall. Your surgeon can review this with you during the consultation.
Gel Implant Sizing system – During the preliminary breast implant consultation, you will be provided with an option to “try on” a variety of implant shapes and sizes. You can also visualize the possible outcomes of your surgery which helps you to get that perfect size to give you the shape that you longed for. This way your preferences are known and you can then pick a range of implants that will “fit” just right to give a soft natural fuller look.
Lastly, please make sure your surgeon is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The proper credentials and certification matters.
Hope this helps.
