I'm 26 Yr I Have SLE Lupus I Weight 222 Lbs I'm 5'4 and I Was Denied on Having Gastric Surgery?

Im 222 lbs and a bmi of 38.1 have lupus for 5 yrs already and I was denied on having gastric/ Bariatric surgery because I don't have asthma, high blood pressure or sleep apnea.... That I know of I don't have that but it's been long since I've see a PCP and I would like to know how can I be approved to get Bariatric surgery in manhattan new York ?? Im depressed and don't know what to do
