If I'm Getting a 25% TCA Peel, Should I Be Using a Mild at Home Microdermabrasion Before?

I'm going to be getting a TCA peel in a couple of weeks. As preparation, should I use my normal microdermabrasion kit up until the peel to exfoliate my skin? It's just an at home one with small grains that I use with my finger tips.

You should always consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon, plastic surgeon, or dermatologist for your specific pre-procedure instructions. For best results, follow their advice and instructions.

TCA peel and microdermabrasion

No. Allow your physician to make that decision. Some use dermabrasioin before chemical peel but others may not. It depends on the concentration and number of application of the agent being used.
