I'm 25 and All of a Sudden I Have Wrinkles Under my Eyes? Help!

A friend took a photo of me out last night and I this was the firs time I saw wrinkles under my eyes. It feels like they came over night. I have recently stopped sleeping on my back. Could there be any other reasons? I only 25, is this normal? And how can I get rid of it? I've just purchased frownies. Should I consider botox? Thank you for your help!
