The OK breast has sort of settled (baggy skin in cleavage) on the other hand the cancer breast is in a bit of a mess. It is very high and as I move my arm backwards it produces a ball effect and again leaves the cleavcage very baggy. Could this rectify itself in time, ie when drops fill in the 'gap' by the cleavage? Should I massage to help it drop (it is very high)? If OK to massage how firm? Could I wear a push in padded bra that may push the implants to the middle, where they should be?

Radiation Effects Take At Least 6 Months to Subside

The effects of radiation on any tissue, especially breast tissue, can take at least 6 months to subside and soften up. It is definetely worth massaging that breast in different directions to try and keep the scar tissue from constricting and allow the radiated tissues to relax. If you are not in pain and do not have any tenderness, then you should be able to massage pretty aggressively a few times a day.
