There are qualified surgeons in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. In the United States, the surgery would be about $4000 - $9000 depending on where you are in the country. Dubai and Saudi Arabia prices tend to be more. It is unusual for a 23 year old to be a candidate for a brow lift so ensure that you consult with several qualified surgeons before proceeding with the surgery.

You can find a well trained oculoplastics surgeon by going to the ASOPRS dot org website. There are surgeons in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. In general, in the US, it will cost about $5000. However, it might not be a bad idea to post some photos to see if you are a good candidate or not. It is unusual for a 23 year old male to be a good candidate for a browlift. Best of luck
