21 Months After LASIK, Distance Vision is Blurry with Ghosting?

3/27/11 Doc said I was nearsighted/astigmatism. Followup visits said I had 20/15 vision, even though letters appeared fuzzy. Explained having blurred vision with distance, and ghosting. green lights at intersections in distance ghosting 2 lights diagonal, now there are 3 in triangle. Doc said -dry eyes- tried every drop, makes eyes feel drier. Can't read street signs anymore. Vision is worse after using computer. Doc isn't worried, I am. Vision up close is perfect. 41 yr old Female.
