Tight feeling in neck after a neck lift

It is very common to have a tight feeling in the neck region following a neck lift.  This will get better over time.  Continue to massage the neck and follow your plastic surgeon's advise.

At 21 days after a necklilft, the neck will be stiff and swollen. It will take several months for it to settle down.

Hard to tell in the posted photos exactly what you are showing?? Best to allow a full 6 weeks of healing.

Tight neck 21 days after neck lift

It is not at all unusual to have a tight feeling to the neck with decreased range of motion at 21 days after a neck lift.  Generally, both of these issues will improve with more time as the healing continues.  Be sure to keep your follow up appointments with your surgeon so that your progress can be monitored.
