Will a 20% TCA Peel Get Rid of the Hyperpigmentation on my Arms? (photo)

I am Latina and have light/moderately tan skin. I've developed hyperpigmentation on my arms from a combination of light acne, keratosis pilaris, and perhaps scrubbing? There are no scars/indentations on my skin, just discoloration. The acne and keratosis pilaris are gone. I tried an in-office 10% tca peel that did nothing, as well as a couple at-home 15% tca peels that also have not worked. Topical retinoids and hydroquinone have kept the kp at bay, but no change in coloration.
