20 With Sleep Wrinkles on Undereyes?

I am 20, female, and have fine lines under both of my eyes. The left undereye has a few more fine lines and forms a deeper line when I smile. I sleep on my stomach, so that side of my face rubbed/rested on a pillow for long periods of time. I stay out of the sun, I get sleep (at late hours), and I occasionally rub my eyes. If I sleep on my back, will the lines go away naturally since I am young, or will they stay forever? If they are permanent, would microdermabrasion turn back the clock?Thanks
