2-3 Minutes Head Down Exercise or Exposure of Hair to Water Vapor Are Useful for the Hair Follicles?

At Gym my trainer says head-down exercise has many benefits to human body, is it also good for hair in terms of blood enrichment around hair follicles. And also like in sauna or method in hair mesotherapy; does water vapor help blood enichment around the hairy part of the head? Thanks for your time.

Head down exercise stimulate hair follicles?

There is no question that blood flow is important to hair growth. Whether putting your head below your heart has a positive effect anyone can answer because it's only a temporary change.
