On Dec 18, 2011 I had what my doctor called a "complicated" open Septoplasty to fix my deviated septum. My septum was in an "S" shape and surgery lasted 4.5 hours. I had two incisions just below my eyes, one on my columella and a incision under my front lip. My nose was broken and no cosmetic surgery was done. Over 1.5 years later the left side of my tip and columella are still swollen. Is there still a chance this will improve? What are my options?
