Breast reduction at 13

At 13 you may be a candidate for abreast reduction but you may need to wait a few years until you have completed growth. But in order for you to do so, you would need permission from your parents or guardian.

Breast reduction at 13, probably not

Unless you have a very significant condition (juvenal hypertrophy) which is harmful to your growth and developement your breast reduction dreams are best delayed. Keep a very lean body weight, execise at least 30 min a day to slow the breast down, and wait until you have matured a bit more. Best of luck, peterejohnsonmd.com

Although I am unclear of what cup size you're currently wearing it sounds like you are dealing with juvenile breast hypertrophy along with the physical and psychosocial consequences of this diagnosis.
