Will a 12.5% TCA Peel Take Away or at Least Lighten my Hypopigmentation on Upper Lip?

I have used Nair on my upper lip for years and noticed that the last few times I used it the area became inflamed for about 2 days each so I discontinued use. This has been about a year ago. I tanned without makeup once last summer and my upper lip got burned. I developed a mustache shadow effect look even though there is no hair present. 1.5% Hydroquinone has not worked. Will a two layer 12.5% TCA take this away, or at least help a bit? I am very light skinned, and somewhat sensitive. HELP!
