I Had 1000 Rads to my Face for Acne. Will This Affect Scarring with Fraxel Treatment??

I was told in 1997 that CO2 laser may cause inability to heal as a result of having 1000 rads to my face for acne treatment 40 years ago.What about Fraxel restore/repair?? Looking forward to a response.
