Dr. Michael A. Cardenas received his Doctorate in Medicine in New York City at the prestigious Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He then completed six years of residency training in general and plastic surgery at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, where he had extensive training in the plastic surgery subspecialties of cosmetic, breast, microsurgery, craniofacial, and hand surgery. His fellowship training in aesthetic plastic surgery focused on aesthetic plastic surgery of the face, particularly advanced facelift and rhinoplasty techniques.
