My experience with Dr. Mehta was very pleasant, I had an otoplasty and I’m very happy with the results, before I felt insecure about how my ears looked and now I can tell it was a life changing experience for me. The staff was very helpful, respectful and supportive as well as Dr. Mehta. I requested so much discretion because I didn’t want anyone else to know about my surgery and everything was as I asked and expected. Every concerned I had after surgery Dr. Mehta himself was there to answer for me. I highly recommend this place for anything specially for otoplasty surgery.

Dr Mehta and his team is amazing, you can certainly trust him and my nose surgery went amazingly well, I can breathe better. I was contemplating all my life whether I should do it or not but with Dr Mehta's expertise the decision was easy. Highly recommend him and his team.

I had a rhino-septoplasty with Dr Mehta around a year ago. I had been unhappy with the shape of my nose my entire life and also had a very deviated septum and had troubles with breathing. I chose Dr Mehta because of his beautiful and natural looking results. The surgery recovery was not fun but Dr Mehta was responsive and patient with my questions through the entire process. I love my nose now and can breath through both nostrils at once so the pain and cost were definitely worth it. The best part is that my nose is drastically better looking than before, yet still looks natural. No one can tell I had it done!

Ever since my teen years, I'd been insecure about how my nose developed. It became bulbous, crooked, and humped, and I wished that I could just make it look how it did when I was younger. I didn't want to imitate someone else's nose, but just wanted to go back to how mine used to look. It took a long time to work up the nerve to consider surgery, but it was affecting my self-esteem too much. I visited several surgeons in northern CA and never quite felt like they understood what I wanted to get done. My last appointment was with Dr. Mehta and I was worried I wasn't going to find someone - 1 minute into the consultation and it was clear he got it. He could immediately identify what I was mentioning as I talked and instantly referenced his past experience with correcting those issues and how he could use those same techniques in my case. It was like night and day compared to talking to the others. And on top of that, he was so friendly and considerate while still maintaining objectivity. The surgery and recovery went exactly as I had been told and I felt like I was thoroughly prepared for it. He was always just an email or phone call away to instantly answer any questions I had during that period, but all the medications he had listed and provided took care of my needs. He arranged for so many follow-ups after the surgery to make sure everything was healing properly. My nasal bones were stubborn and wanted to drift back out of place but he pushed them over when they'd move. And I had a bit of extra swelling in my tip after the year mark which he gave me injections for and it resolved it quickly. He also rebuilt my crooked septum, so on top of everything I can finally breathe better as well. I included my before and after photos of my front and side views, but even those don't do it justice as it's hard to see the definition (my after is definitely slimmer and smaller than my before). What's important is I still look like myself, but with that previous version of my nose that I was hoping for. I smiled so much more back then, but I quit doing so when my nose started to drag down and out and off-center. Thanks to Dr. Mehta I'm remembering to smile more again.

As an older adult I was apprehensive with the concept of undergoing rhinoplasty surgery. I was concerned the changes would appear noticeably different. Would friends and co-workers be able to tell and would they ask questions? Would the end result have a negative effect and further lower my self-esteem? To my surprise, these concerns and others were addressed during my initial consultation visit with Dr. Mehta. With his vast experience and knowledge, he was able to ease my concerns and provide enough information for me to make the decision to move forward with the surgery. The procedure was a huge success. No questions raised by friends and co-workers. I was happy and my self-esteem greatly improved thereafter which was my primary goal. Dr. Mehta and his staff are top notch. They are professional, friendly and they know how to take care of their clients from the time of initial consultation to the post-surgery visits. I could not be any happier. I now only wish I had visited Dr. Mehta much sooner.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mehta. A couple of years ago I had the unfortunate experience with another Doctor which resulted in severe nasal deformities. I consulted with some of the best Plastic Surgeons in California, even a Doctor who was regarded to be the best Rhinoplasty Surgeon in region and is very well known in his profession. Upon my countless hours of researching different Plastic Surgeons, I came across Dr Mehta. I was excited to meet with him, and I just had a good feeling about him from the start. The impact of my previous botched operation had left me with zero self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Even just simply meeting with different surgeons was difficult and scary for me. When I met Dr Mehta, I instantly felt a sense of relief. With his calm disposition, knowledge, and professionalism I knew that I had made the right choice. I had been putting off my wedding for a long time because I wanted to feel like a beautiful bride, and I really struggled with feeling beautiful. I had a hard time dealing with the disappointment of looking at my face in the mirror and not being able to see the person who I was before my previous botched operation. I felt like I looked like a completely different and unrecognisable person. Dr Mehta really understood the importance of helping me to get my life back by fixing my scarred and crooked nose, and compromised breathing due to the botched operation I had. Dr Mehta was also extremely kind, considerate, and patient with me. As I had said before, I was dealing with an incredible amount of anxiety and insecurity. The operation went smoothly, and the after math of the surgery wasn't at all that bad. He was considerate enough to call me to check on my well-being after the surgery. His attention to detail is incredible, after the operation my nose was slightly crooked and he was able to detect this within seconds, and reset my nose with using just his hands. Now that was painful, but worth it. I had an injury from a couple of years back that left my nose crooked, and I could not believe he was able to restore my nose to how straight it looked before the injury. Now I can breathe, and he has helped to restore more of a normal appearance to my nose. My expectations are realistic in that my nose will probably never look 100 percent normal again after what had happened. Although my nose isn't absolutely perfect, it's tenfold drastically improved from what it looked like before. I don't think Dr Mehta realises the impact he has made on my life. I felt like it was a miracle for me to feel like a confident and beautiful bride on my wedding day, and Dr Mehta made that happen for me. He is truly a skilled artist with impeccable attention to detail and aesthetics. He turned my scarred and very bizarre looking nose into a normal looking nose that can function and breathe. After my operation with Dr Mehta, I had done a few PRP injections into my nose to fill in some of the deep surgical scars I had from the previous surgeon. This made an amazing difference! My nose looks so much smoother and natural then it did before. I am planning on going back to see him soon to have this procedure done again. It is a little painful, but so worth it! Dr Mehta and his lovely team go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and not anxious. In addition to Dr Mehta being a top notch Plastic Surgeon, his team is EXCELLENT! All the ladies on his team are A plus! I had a deep sea ocean peel with I believe Shannon ( my apologies is this is wrong, it's been about a year and I can't remember). Shannon was very sweet and fun, I would love to have more procedures with her in the future. I wish I didn't live so far away from this WONDERFUL office. It is truly a gem, and if you decide to have a procedure with Dr Mehta and or his team of lovely ladies, you are in great hands. I am a very happy patient of Dr Mehta, and I can't wait to see him again for another round of PRP!

I am a little over a month post-op and Dr. Mehta and the staff at Mehta Plastic Surgery have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I have been wanting a rhinoplasty for years but have always been too nervous to follow through until I met Dr. Mehta. He listens, answers questions patiently, and explains the process thoroughly. I had so much trust in him and his work that I wasn't even nervous on the day of surgery. The results came out amazing!!! After surgery, Dr. Mehta and his staff are also always there to promptly address any questions or concerns during the healing process. Shannon (a nurse at Mehta Plastic Surgery), is so helpful and reassuring! She is always there to listen and answer questions/offer advice throughout the process. The staff at the Waverley Surgery Center are also wonderful. I was a little nervous about going under anesthesia but the anesthesiologists reassured me and made sure I felt comfortable. I woke up and there was a nurse by my side talking to me kindly and helping me eat/take my meds. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta and Mehta Plastic Surgery if you are considering a rhinoplasty!

Condition/Surgery: Septal Perforation Perforation size: Approx 10mm x 13mm I am more than greatful for Dr. Mehta’ s skill, knowledge, and ability to perform this type of surgery. I don’t normally leave these long detailed reviews, however he deserves this acknowledgement. If you are reading this review, you might be considering this operation for yourself. I spent considerable time researching the best surgeons in the U.S. and the procedure with the highest % positive outcomes. After nearly 18 months of consultations here and there and understanding the different surgical procedures performed to repair a septal perforation, I know I made the right choice with Dr Mehta and the use of a PDS plate for repair. Dr Mehta’s was always able to get back to me, I never felt rushed with him, and he took the time to explain everything from start to finish which I appreciated. I actually found him on another review site, where the patient explained his condition and the process; after reading that detailed review is what convinced me to reach out to Dr Mehta. For me one of the key drivers was to use a surgeon who was experienced in Rhinoplasty and the use of the PDS plate which acts as scaffolding for the repair. It just makes sense that the perforation would repair more quickly and with better results when there is something there for the fascia to bind to. The entire process was smooth and relatively painless. The hardest part for me was all the logistics of hotels, rental cars, and travel as I was from out of state. Today I had my splints inside my nose removed and upon removal Dr Mehta believes my surgery will be 100% repaired. I plan to have a video call with him in about a month to monitor progress. Both sides were pink which was positive. I can’t say for sure, but possibly one way I may have contributed to the positive outcome is using the saline rinse every hour versus the several times a day which was recommended. Constantly keeping the perforation repair moist and not giving it a chance to dry out. During the week after perforation repair I was not able to taste or smell, which was a bit concerning, however upon removal of the splints, everything was back to normal. Oh and there are a few staples on the side of my head that needed to be removed (fascia harvest site). Just minor pain during removal, nothing out of the ordinary. Overall if you are considering septal perforation repair I would highly recommend having Dr Mehta in your list of potential candidate to perform the operation. I felt very comfortable with him, and believed he was the best surgeon to take this on. On the day of surgery, the nurses at the surgery center also commented that he was a perfectionist and reassured me I would be happy with the results. So far so good, he was the best surgeon for the job. I can’t thank Dr Mehta enough for repairing my septal perforation. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can now put this behind me.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Mehta and his team. I am coming up on almost a year after my rhinoplasty and septoplasty, and I am so happy with the results. Not only was the team extremely friendly and attentive to my needs, but they also made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of my operation.
