I had my first treatment done using picosure. I've never had a reaction like this before but I'm sure it may be due to a better quality laser. I experienced a blister forming at the site but I kept the area moist and it completely resolved. I can feel scab like skin on the lower part of the tattoo but no peeling. The hyperpigmentation is what is most alarming as I had no blistering or hyperpigmentation with the previous 7 treatments (different laser). Is this normal?
Im being lasered by picosure and iv had 3 full treatments of the arm.im wondering are the results so far sufficient .The last treatment was the full arm in 1 session.i have had only very mild blistering and swelling .Are the laser setting too low based on the results .any help wold be great .one photo is pre picosure and the second is after 3 treatments .thanks
I just had my third session with the picosure laser almost two weeks ago and I am curious if blistering is a good sign? My two prior treatments had no blistering, just scabbing. My blisters popped a few days ago and left new skin underneath it. Another thing Im curious about is if there will be a scab that falls off a little later like my two prior treatments? The reason I am asking is because of the new skin the blister left behind, Im not sure if a scab is still waiting to fall off as well.
It've been 48 hours since picosure focus. it was for pigmentation/minor fine lines. Technician used 3 diffrent optics (in his words) and the last one was the focus lens. My face got swellen since yesterday morning and it is still badly swellen. The redness is gone down quite a bit. There are some darkened pigments with some blisters. I'm worried about this swelling, wondering if I can have an antibiotic for this from GP. All says this laser is no down time but im worried if this is a side effect.
I did a full face picosure procedure on Monday (6 days ago). The next day, my face was full of tiny red blisters that have itched so much. Over the day, the blisters have had pus in them. I have been very thorough with cleaning my face and only using soft, hypoallergenic solutions. I have also used 110 spf. I have not popped any of the bumps, but I am concerned for my skin. I did not have any breakouts prior to the procedure. I did the picosure to help treat previous scars and fine lines.
Im an Asian woman in my mid forties . Got a laser burned mustache from having an IPL treatments. Then the doctors office did few more Picosure treatments to try to treat my burned mustache. After 4 times of the treatment there are no sign of improvement, then I switch to Tri-Luma (4%hydroquinone) for 2 months. There are no difference on my slightly blistered mustache burn. The Dr. suggested to do more Picosure treatments. What do you think I should do now?
I received laser tattoo removal treatment a week and a half ago. It stung for about 3 days and then on the 4th day the extreme itch set in. It itches for another 4 days and this morning I woke up to blisters. The tattoo is also slightly raised, but they said this was normal. Ive been in contact with my doctor (almost to a level of annoyance) and they keep saying Im fine, but I just want to double check. I figure do Id be starting to heal by now, not developing blisters. Thanks in advance.
This was my first removal treatment. Blisters appeared after 24 hours, but it is only in the past 24 hours...some 8 days post-treatment....that a lot of pinpoint bleeding has appeared in the green areas of my tattoo. It doesn't hurt much....it still feels like a fading sunburn, but I'm concerned and I don't know what this means. Thanks in advance.
