This man had rhinoplasty performed in the past.  There appeared to be over reduction of the boney part of the bridge at... the top.  The cartilagenous or lower part of the bridge had been under corrected. The tip was also found to be droopy with a hanging columella.  These issues were repaired by revision rhinoplasty surgery.  more »
