This patient is 5’4” tall and gradually put on 5-10 lbs. a year until she reached 220 lbs. She has a personal trainer and works out 3 times a week but could not change the shape of her midsection. She underwent a lower body lift (abdominoplasty + flank lift) with significant change in her body contour. Her photo is taken 6 weeks following surgery.
