Breast reconstruction - Implants

This 35-year-old woman underwent a right mastectomy for breast cancer. She opted for immediate tissue expander breast... reconstruction with acellular dermal matrix. She then required chemotherapy followed by radiation therapy. Her second stage of reconstruction was completed following radiation to the right chest wall along with enhancement of the left breast for symmetry using silicone gel implants, as she desired an increase size from preoperative.  more »
