Breast reconstruction - Implants

This young 27-year-old woman had an early-stage breast cancer for which she opted for a right nipple-sparing mastectomy. She... desired larger breasts after the procedure and underwent right immediate tissue expander breast reconstruction. After expansion to a size that she was happy with, she had her second stage breast reconstruction performed with silicone, cohesive gel implant as well as a breast implant placed on the left for symmetry. After photos show excellent size, shape and symmetry of her bilateral breasts.  more »
