Lower Eyelid Lift (Extended) with Fat Transposition for Eye Bags

This 44 year old woman presented with concerns about her lower eyelids and eye bags. She had significant lower eyelid bags and... mild midface volume loss on exam. After consultation with Dr. Ransom, she elected to undergo a lower eyelid lift (extended lower eyelid blepharoplasty with orbital fat transposition). As can be seen in the before and after photos, there is obvious improvement both the lower eyelid shape and surface texture (frontal and oblique views). In addition, there is marked improvement in the contour of the midface (lateral view), with correction of the “double-contour” which is a hallmark of facial aging. more »
