Male otoplasty

Thisis a 30-year-old gentleman who wanted to reduce the prominence of his ears. In particular he wanted to be somewhat... aggressive with the setback or pinning component of his otoplasty because he was planning to lose weight and as he loses more weight his years or even more prominent. This was performed under local anesthesia and the upper half of the year was the projected creating a more defined anti-helical fold during the otoplasty. Additionally, he had his ears setback closer to his skull base or mastoid during his otoplasty. He healed and approximately 8 days and these photos that you see here are 10 days after surgery. more »
