This is a 59-year-old woman had a unilateral mastectomy for breast CA. She chose to have an immediate latissimus dorsi... myocutaneous flap breast reconstruction with tissue expander. This was followed by an outpatient second-stage exchange for a silicone, cohesive gel implant. She also completed her reconstruction with a nipple and areola reconstruction.  more »
