Breast reconstruction - tissue expanders

This is a 63-year-old woman with a history of right breast CA. She was to undergo a right mastectomy and desired breast... reconstruction following this procedure. She wished to hopefully improve the shape and increase her size post-reconstrction. She opted for implant-based breast reconstruction on the right along with left implant placement, both using silicone, cohesive gel implants. After photos at 1 year show improved size and shape from preoperative as she wished for.  more »
