Breast Augmentation

This 44 year old woman presented for breast augmentation. She is 5' 9" and 135 lbs. and started with a 32B bra size. She... wanted to look proportioned. We placed a 300cc high profile gel on the left and a 325cc high profile gel on the smaller right side. This was done through an infra-mammary approach with the implants placed under the muscle.
