Breast Augmentation Corrects Saggy Breasts

This 36 year old woman was never really happy with the appearance of her breasts, this woman was even more dissatisfied after... bearing two children. She is 5' 2" - 125 lbs. and wore a size 34B bra. During our consultation, she was able to try on a variety of implant sizes and shapes. This helped her decide what looked best on her body and frame. During her outpatient surgery, we placed saline filled implants through an infra-mammary approach. We used 375cc smooth moderate profile implants filled to 450cc on the right side and 440cc on the left side. She now wears a 34C/D bra. more »
