This gentleman had very poor projection of his midface and was concerned with looking tired and having dark circles under his... eyes. To address his inadequate midface, an implant was placed in the tear trough area. A midface lift was then done to lift the cheeks and add more fullness over the implant. The surgery was performed entirely through the inside of the lower eyelid, so there are no visible scars. more »
