This 53-year-old woman with a history of breast cancer had a bilateral mastectomy followed by immediate breast reconstruction. She opted for latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap (LDMF) breast reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by placement of silicone gel implants. After photos with nipple-areolar complex reconstruction are shown at 2 years postoperative.
