Tummy Tuck Revision: Photos

Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) redo (secondary)

This patient presented to my office 9 months after receiving a "traditional" tummy tuck with a surgeon in another State. Her... result was typical of the "Smiley face" tracing that most surgeons are trained to perform. She was not satisfied with certain aspects of her new body and asked me for a revision. Secondary surgery should never be approached lightly and the surgeon should only offer it after thorough evaluation of the benefit/risk ratio. The result of her second abdominoplasty is seen at three months following the surgery. more »
