Some women in their fifties and sixties just don't want their breast implants anymore. This woman had gained a little some... weight over the years and wanted her breast implants removed, and her breasts lifted and reduced a little. She did not want her implants replaced.  A negative in a "no replacement" breast implant case is that the results depends upon the amount of breast tissue present, and this varies.
