This patient wanted removal of bulky fat from her waist, flanks and bra rolls. This was done in the office operating room... using only local, tumescent anesthesia and mild oral sedation. She was able to go home immediately after the operation. She wore foam pads and a compression garment for 3 days, removed the foam pads, which minimize bruising, and then wore a compression garment for 3 weeks.
