Revision rhinoplasty patient after 2 prior rhinoplasties

This is a woman who consulted with me after two prior rhinoplasties. She has an indentation over the upper right side of her... nose, with assymmetry, an overprojected tip, assymmetry to her tip cartilages, and columellar deficiency. I performed a revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting to straighten her nose, and reduce the prominence of her nasal tip as well as balance the nasal tip appearance. more »
