55 Year old female with aging neck due to neck bands. She doesn't want a surgical neck lift

Age 55 with active neck or cobra like neck bands due to over active neck muscles which occur with age. This is why neck muscle... exercises and stimulation is counter productive to rejuvenation. These bands need to either be repaired surgically as part of a neck lift or injected with Botox. After Botox injections to relax these neck bands. Look at the smoothing out of the neck contours giving the appearance of a surgical neck lift. This patient’s neck deformity was more due to the muscle over activity than sagging skin. more »
