Mommy Makeover

This woman in her late twenties desired a "Mommy Makeover" after giving birth to one child and finding it impossible to get her original body back. She underwent a breast augmentation with areolar repositioning with 325 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. She then underwent an abdominoplasty with tightening of the muscles and liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. The breast implants effectively replaced the breast volume she had lost and increased her breast size from 34B to 34C. The abdominal surgery successfully returned her abdominal appearance to her "teenage years" and restored her confidence.
