Female patient with significant perioral rhytids and asymmetry to the lips, left side larger than right. Fat grafting to the... lips with 2.5 cc injected in the upper lip and 2.5 cc. injected into the lower lip. After completion of fat grafting, course tip dermabrasion was performed down into the superficial dermis of the upper and lower lips, anterior chin and marionette lines. more »
